Poetry Prompt: Creature Creation

Ionia has asked me to create this week’s Poetry Prompt in honor of the release of my poetry book.  Also, she has really bad Wifi and is currently surviving in the wild on s’mores and margaritas.  Harsh life.  Anyway, the poetry prompt!

So, put on your lab coat and flex your monster making muscles.  This week the challenge is write a poem about a monster, creature, or beast in any form you choose.  This can be something born from a lab, a monster from space, a natural beast hiding in a foreign land, or anything else you can think of.  Enjoy!

About Charles Yallowitz

Charles E. Yallowitz was born, raised, and educated in New York. Then he spent a few years in Florida, realized his fear of alligators, and moved back to the Empire State. When he isn't working hard on his epic fantasy stories, Charles can be found cooking or going on whatever adventure his son has planned for the day. 'Legends of Windemere' is his first series, but it certainly won't be his last.
